– The sandbox allows you to play with no cooldown on spells/summoner’s spells (when they’re working), infinite golds/experience/everything. You are NOT connected to Riot’s servers, and you’ll be playing using your computer as the host meaning everything you’ll attempt in this sandbox won’t likely be detected and punished by Riot (Unless you’re trying to hack into the official air/game client to transfer everything you did on the sandbox, which is pretty much impossible since a few patchs).
